Trust types
- Lifetime Settlor Trust: For the establishment of a trust during the lifetime of the settlor, with the property held and administered by trustees for the benefit of the named beneficiaries.-
- Interest in Possession Trust: For the benefit of a named beneficiary with the present right to receive income or enjoy the use of trust property under the terms of the trust.-
- Bare Trust: For the holding of property by a trustee on behalf of a beneficiary who holds the absolute beneficial entitlement to that property.-
- Discretionary Trust: For the administration of trust property with the trustees holding the discretion to determine the distribution of income or capital among the eligible beneficiaries.-
